  1. Usage: QUERY [<nicknames>|%n|/<command>]
  2.   Starts a private conversation with <nicknames>.  All text you
  3.   type that would normally be sent to your channel now goes to
  4.   <nicknames> in the form of MSGs.  To cancel a private
  5.   conversation, use QUERY with no arguments.  The %n arguments
  6.   allows you to send the query text to a process number n.  The
  7.   process must have already been started using a previous call
  8.   to EXEC.  It's also possible to query someone on a
  9.   DCC connection with  QUERY =nickname.
  10.   Another form has been added which allows you to send messages to
  11.   the specified command with the format QUERY /COMMAND
  12.   and everything you type will be parsed by that /command.  Can be
  13.   an alias or anything you like. Note that when querying a command,
  14.   you may need to use XECHO -WINDOW to ensure output goes to the 
  15.   right place.
  16.   If "*" is given as a nickname the output is sent to the current
  17.   channel.
